Got a large stuffed jalapeno popper order, three were burnt black completely, others were overcooked to where I had to just eat where what little was left of the cream cheese. Fries were so overcooked that I could only eat maybe half. Ultimate cheeseburger was ok but if you can mess that up than your just trying to at that point. Not great but I'm sure it was just the person there late at night being lazy, and it was not busy I was the only one there at 3 am. Will not be eating...read full review
I explicitly said “no lettuce”. Got two tacos with a metric ton of lettuce. The receipt reflects my request of no lettuce—yet I am unable to get a refund due to corporate mismanagement.
Completely messed up my order. Ordered oreo shake git chocolate nit sauce for my egg rolls... no napkinsand no utensil to eqt my cake with. Completley dissappointed...
