I have been gluten free for 10 years. Maninis is the best flour I have ever used in all those years. It is delicious, the texture is great, and it works fabulously as a cup for cup flour in my old recipes.
Absolutely the BEST gf ravioli out on the market. The raviolis keep their shape, are very tasty and do not fall apart during the cooking process, unlike other gf pastas. My local Whole Foods Market now carries them and what a GREAT find to say the least! WTG Manini's and can hardly wait to try the rest of your gf products. Am sure they'll be just as tasty!
