Stopped by Pho Saigon Garden for lunch and came away really impressed. The pho broth was rich, aromatic, and full of flavor without being overly salty, and the noodles had the perfect texture. I ordered the rare beef pho, and the meat was tender while the fresh herbs, bean sprouts, and lime made every bowl taste even better. We also shared a plate of crispy egg rolls that came out hot and paired perfectly with the meal. The portions were generous, so you definitely get great value...
I’m a pho connoisseur. And this is the best every time. The broth, noodles, meat quality, all of it. The owner is such a friendly guy, always cracking jokes. He remembered me after years of me living in another state! 11/10 oh also sometimes when it’s not busy you get complimentary hot tea. The best!

I ordered #7 this time and thought it would be the same as the #5 I had on my previous visit. When I asked the owner about it, he kindly explained the difference. To my surprise, he even gave us an extra bowl of beef, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
The food was delicious, and the owner was incredibly kind and generous. Great service, great food, and a wonderful dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back....
