Arth -The Indian Bistro Reviews
We celebrated my daughter's birthday with dinner at this restaurant, and it was our first time trying it out.
We were thoroughly impressed! Everything we ordered was top-notch, but the standout dish was the Mughlai Chicken - it's hands down the best we've had in Seattle among all the Indian restaurants we've tried.
The Tandoori Sizzler was also delicious, packed with flavor and utterly yummy. Highly recommend!
"Arth" isn't just a restaurant; it's a culinary sanctuary where flavors come alive, service is impeccable, and every moment is cherished. Celebrating our 11th anniversary there, with 20+ friends & family members, was an unforgettable experience. From the first taste to the last, each dish was a masterpiece blending tradition with innovation. The presentation was as exquisite as the taste, making every plate a work of art.
The ambiance at Arth was equally enchanting. Soft...read full review

Arth - The Indian Bistro offers a unique dining experience with a blend of traditional and modern Indian cuisine. The restaurant features a moderate atmosphere with various seating options, though it can be loud and noisy, making it difficult for diners to converse. While the service is generally good and consistent, some guests have noted that it can be slow, with waits of almost 30 minutes for food. The digital menu accessed through a QR code may also be seen as inconvenient by some diners.
The food is a highlight, with dishes like chole bhature, kulcha, and Chicken 65 being well-received. However, some reviews mention that the main courses, such as dal makhani and kadhai paneer, were not up to par, with the dal being too sweet and the kadhai paneer described as average. In contrast, the Chicken Rogan Josh is praised for its rich texture, while the jackfruit kofta is noted for its good taste. The Tandoori Sizzler remains a favorite, packed with flavor. Unique offerings like jackfruit cutlet and paan ice cream are highly recommended.
It is important to note that there is no complimentary rice provided; diners must order it separately, and some have commented on the higher prices of the curries. Overall, while Arth - The Indian Bistro provides a decent dining experience with excellent food, there is room for improvement in service, atmosphere, and menu presentation, making it perhaps better suited for casual dining rather than special celebrations.
