Absolutely the most ridiculous price to pay for ice cream! $5. 79 for the tiniest cup (probably 4 oz) at the Kirkland, WA store last night. You could buy a pint for that in the grocery store. I was looking forward to a small ice cream treat and was so disappointed by the price. Really obscene. Will not go there again. Yes, the ice cream is good, but Ben & Jerry sold out to the corporate system and the consumers lost. (Plus there was a young probably underpaid girl at the counter looking very stressed trying to keep up on a busy Friday night with no help but was very friendly and helpful and fast. I'm sure it will inspire her to go to school and get an education hopefully not in the corporate world.

Milkshake was all milk. Could barely taste the ice cream. A $9 cup of milk. Great value!

I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughter's birthday on there website, and when we went to pick it up at the location it was closed. We also called multiple times before that but got no answer. We planned to go to the shop the next day, but my wife received a call that the cake order was cancelled because of the lack of ingredients. They gave us a refund, but still disappointed especially since we had no birthday cake on the date. On Google and on their website it says that they're open on Monday. Please fix that so it won't continue to confuse customers. Adding a voicemail that the shop is closed would help as well. The service can definitely use some work.

I've tried every meal in this food truck and they were really delicious friendly stuff as well. I would like to recommend to anyone who wants try Central Asian.

This place is filthy! It appears that it hasn't had a good cleaning in quite some time. We were there on Saturday evening and the front door was dirty, the ice cream cases had hand prints and other mess and clearly needed to be cleaned inside and out. The counters have junk all over them; behind the cases and on top. There was only one employee working and he looked miserable. Isn't there labor laws where they have to be afforded a break?

Wasn’t greeted at all by the employee when I entered. Very awkward and off-putting when you’re the only two people in the tiny shop to not even get a hello or have any words spoken.+1 star for ice cream being ice cream.

Living in rural Wales in the UK, we would have to travel a couple of hours to access something like a Ben & Jerry's shop so, whilst this might seem quite ordinary for locals here, it is quite a treat for us. Well located, open until 9:00pm - excellent for an impromptu evening snack or belated dessert to supper - and offering a good range of flavours; with tubs available to take home. What's not to love.

I ordered one quart chocolate ice cream in my UberEats order but received one pint. So disappointed.

I’m a fan of the ice cream, the stores always clean, and the service is pretty great.

Friendly staff, answered all of our questions with the dairy free options and how they made them. Ice cream was delicious like always

Bought a pint container of ice cream from this store for $6 and discovered that it was clearly melted and refrozen ice cream with a huge gap in the side of the container with no ice cream. The ice cream tasted nasty and had to be thrown away. I would not go back to this store again.
