Kaya at the Kirkland location was AWESOME!! From the moment we walked in, she was welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable about the flavors. She made us feel welcome to ask for samples and served us with a vivacious, friendly attitude that represents the values behind the brand. You rock, Kaya.
This Ben and Jerry’s is super close to the water, and you can eat your ice cream along the pier.

Looks closed from the street. The air conditioner needs to be serviced asap- poor staff is hot on these hot summer days! The bathroom sink faucet needs to be fixed - it's loose- this is Kirkland - there's $$$
