“I'm not a good judge of what a great cake is, but I can tell you what an average or poor cake is. I had a slice of London Fog and it was quite good. It was nearly a meal in itself. Nicely moist and chilled. That was a plus! I drive by this place several times a month and was curious to try it. There's 1 other cake slice I'm curious to try. It has pudding in it. After that I'm probably done. Cake isn't really my thing, but if it's yours this is well worth the cost!!“

“This is my absolute favorite bakery in Bellevue! My daughter has had her birthday cakes done by New York Cupcakes before and they always turn out absolutely gorgeous and so delicious. Their cupcakes have the best frosting and they have such a great variety of flavors. This store is so cute, a fun vibe and the staff are always welcoming and so friendly!“

“Imagine my joy when I discovered that Cupcake Royale was back in retail. I have had a cupcake request for years that ended with Cupcake Royale. It has the best flavor, the finest texture and the most scrumptious icing that I found in my multi-year, multi-nation search for the perfect cupcake. I was crushed when the retail store is closed and now I am happy again.“

“Amazing service! There was such a long time and only one employee. There gentleman working was super fast but also had conversations with everyone so no one felt rushed. He deserves to be employee of the year with how he managed to be the only employee serving so many people and still managed to smile and make every customer smile!“

“I noticed there are a lot of bad reviews about the customer service, so I think it may depend on the day you visit. I went on a Saturday, and there was a man and a young girl working. The customer service was great—I was immediately greeted and asked if I needed help when I was looking into the cake fridge. The ice cream cake is always so good. I got the 6” Oreo ice cream and it was delish!! Thank you again for the two working early Saturday! My boyfriend was really happy!“

“Came in and went to order hot chocolate from the poster that was up but the woman said the sign shouldn’t be up and they have no hot chocolate.
As we browsed cupcakes and were about to order the woman put gloves on to help us but kept touching her glasses and face. Not an encouraging or sanitary experience so we decided not to order anything.“
“The server Justin was the best. He was extremely polite and made sure the food was given on time.“
