“An authentic Polish sandwich takeout experience. Part of what makes a city unique and different. Amazing to find this place when many others like it have been taken away and replaced by boring soulless corporate America cookie-cutter shops.“

“I love this place. Everything except their hours of operation. ? Everyone's nice, the sandwiches I usu get are the slam. The Tatstrami ? has a mouth-watering smokiness to it, it's meaty and has a nice helping of coleslaw and dressing. Philly cheese steak is as good as it gets. Sometimes I'll get a Reuben on rye. But mostly it's Tatstrami. Sub bread has a delightful chewiness to it, that I love in these type o' sammies. Had the "chicken parm" once and it's not my favorite. Decent selection and they do breakfast sandwiches also. Can get very busy around "lunchtime", I usu order ahead or go earlier or later. Ten or so tables and a counter to dine-in. Some sports memorabilia methinks. Works for a deli. Thank you Tat's for your tasty eats!
Vegetarian options: A few veggie sandwiches, fries, potato salad, etc.“

“I picked up a half pound of roast pork and was pleasantly surprised at how meaty and delicious the pieces were, something I've never gotten from the bbq places in the ID (most are at least 70% fat, if not 90%).
I've had the roast duck banh mi and the pork/egg/avocado banh mi too, and both were great.“

“Affordable, clean, convenient & delicious.I seldom write reviews for places but this one really hit. The place is everything I want in a deli. Not only was the garden burger & fries made fresh to order but I could see it was made with intention & care + it was all brought out in compostable packaging. I am looking forward to becoming a regular and trying out the whole menu“

“TOP SECRET SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM: You would never know that this little deli/convenience store tucked away in the Central District sells delicious soft serve ice cream in the summertime. These are your standard, no-fuss soft serve, and I love them. Creamy and light texture, not overly sweet, and no hefty outrageous prices. I think they cost $4/cone. The size in the photo is a small which is plenty big enough for me.
I'm a bit of a soft serve junkie, and some of the places I've been to recently include Indigo Cow, The Pastry Project, MOTO Pizza, and Temple Pastries' new ice cream and sandwich shop (that opened on July 5, 2024) and had some of their strawberry sumac vegan soft serve. Out of all of them, I think King's Deli has the best b/c it's simple and unfussy. And the price can't be beat. The atmosphere is nothing special but that's OK by me.
One caveat, be sure to call them before you go just to make sure the soft serve machine is ON. Sometimes when I've stopped by they haven't turned the machine on yet, and I have to come back though in the summertime, it's usually on all the time.
It's a hot tip secret and I aim to change that ?
Kid-friendliness: Kids (& adults!) love soft serve ice cream!“

“Don't know that I'd do without this place. Their sandwiches are absolutely superb and their coffee is excellent. The staff are always kind, accommodating and welcoming. There's an excellent selection of sacks and general goods. Found what I needed in a pinch more than once. Highly recommend.“

“I've had some of the best sandwiches here. While the prices are a bit high, the ingredients are incredibly fresh and of high quality. You can choose from their signature sandwiches or create your own. However, the veggie samosa was disappointing and didn't seem fresh, so I'd recommend avoiding it. The service is fast.“

“So good!!! Went there for the first time, had the lox bagel and a vanilla latte. Surprisingly great prices for Seattle, seemed like the small grocery store portion was well stocked, and the service was really nice. The bagel and coffee were delicious! I will definitely be coming here regularly in the future“

“Sandwiches are $11 and less.Excellent quality ingredients! This is in one of the high-rise buildings downtown Bellevue. If you work there, it's a good place to eat. If you're just coming in for lunch, the parking will be $8 per hour.“
“Normally a fantastic place good portions and the best kungpao around . The ramen is also very very good. Recently tried a soup/sandwich combo and the chicken noodle was straight up Campbell’s with a little extra chicken . That was a bit insulting so I took off a star . If your gonna go between 11-1 call ahead so you can just pick it up“

“I love this place. However if you open until 9pm you should not lock your doors at 8:50pm. The people in Seattle have very ver places to go after dark. If you advertise a time. You need to be open until said time. Other than that, this place is great.“

“I decided to try this place when I told I was overweight and needed to switch my focus on healthier foods. Found it. It's Mediterranean types of foods like grilled chicken and Mediterranean salads, different types of ravioli, and couscous. Slight pricey, great desserts, and awesome staff. If you don't see your favorites, just ask, the staff is very friendly.“
“Love the Madrona Market. Daniel and his staff have always been so friendly and accommodating. They have a great selection of beverages from local beers, ciders, sake, N/A beverages and wine. Love having a local store nearby to pick up a beverage or snack when out walking the dog.“

“This place freaking rocks. Their sandwiches are incredible. Specifically the Hilltop Special on sourdough & toasted, OMG. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had in my entire life. This place is a hidden gem - seems like just a convenience store but then they make these incredible sandwiches that are straight up a 10/10. I’m so happy for anyone who knows about this place cus what a freaking delight. You can get it to go or they have little spaces with a high top bar area & tables to eat. It’s totally the feels of a convenience store but just incredible. Also the people are so friendly & just overall well above average place to grab a sandwich & couldn’t recommend more!!!“
