I picked up a half pound of roast pork and was pleasantly surprised at how meaty and delicious the pieces were, something I've never gotten from the bbq places in the ID (most are at least 70% fat, if not 90%).I've had the roast duck banh mi and the pork/egg/avocado banh mi too, and both were great.
Spent 10 days in Seattle helping my daughter move in and get settled. We were on a Banh Mi kick for about a week straight. This was the best we had, and people we met said the same. Small walk-in joint, they'll prep your sandwiches almost before you finish ordering them. Love the Boss Tea--we enjoyed the Tiramisu Matcha and the Thai Iced, both with boba pearls. Really good banh mi's and quick to order! I usually pick one up if I am vending at a market and they can get one ready in about 10-15 minutes. I don't like the bubble tea that they serve though.
