New favorite lunch spot for Banh Mi! The pricing is incredibly reasonable and the portions are generous! Flavors are amazing I got the roasted duck banh mi (added egg) and guava jasmine tea with aloe vera, total came out to be just over $16! Safe to say I will be coming back for a quick lunch! Big parking lot in the back. Not too much dine in space.
The sandwich and boba here always good and fresh. These staff are really professional and note carefully which kind of sandwich for me . They are always welcoming and say hi with customers come in. I had been here for 4 years and never disappointed with the customer services.

This place is amazing! Had such a good banh mi here and a lychee jasmine tea! Both were delicious! The grilled pork banh mi was only $6.50 ish and had such fresh ingredients and flavor! The tea was also perfect, not too sweet or too bitter. Also the girl at the counter was really nice and friendly, great customer service. I will definitely come back!
