The tomato bisque soup was decadent, the perfect texture and so filling of flavor. The breakfast sandwich was full of flavor from the eggs to the aioli. The coffee was fun and tasty.

Very good food. Not the best experience overall. There are no reservations and very little seating. Most of this place seems to be take out and you have to order through a QR code even when dining in. Water is never refilled and no servers come over to help you unless you've ordered something new. Very good and special food, but service and the experience could use a definite Improvement

Great food, poorly run. We live five minutes from Daeru and absolutely love the food and have been many, many times. However every time we're there we're left with the impression that the food is the only thing propping up haphazard workflows and organization. The service is inconsistent and poor. Because despite seeming to have many staff members, there seems to be perpetual confusion as to who is waiting on each table. Every time we go it's a different ordering...
