“Very Yummy!!! so many wonderful flavors to choose from.“
“UH, FANTASTIC!! ✨️ Loooads of different, delicious flavors and for the quality the price of the macarons is reasonable! Took a box of 15 for myself to share [though.... 👀] and had one of the cardamom based flavors extra as a treat and great googly moogly, it was so good!! The gals that assisted me were patient and speedy; the shop was clean and well-laid with lil trinkets to purchase.“

“I saw this on social media and the family wanted to try. The line was quite long like the other very popular stores at Pikes Market Place. It moves relatively quickly.
I was surprised, I thought it was going to be all presentation and lack luster on flavor. Indeed it exceeded my expectations. The food was extra creamy and dense. You can taste all the flavors. Our favorites were the Ube Coconut, Dutch Chocolate, Lemon Curd, and London Fog. This does not discredit the other flavors they are also very good. Note Blue Moon is a cotton candy flavor not a beer flavor 😂.“

“Absolutely phenomenal pear matcha. There should be a line around the block for it. I work nearby Mon-Fri and unfortunately their only weekday open is Friday, but you can bet I'm there every time. Single handedly the best quality matcha (and pear jubilee compote) that I've ever tried in the Seattle area.“

“Today, I happened to pass by this yogurt shop, stopped and walked in. I ordered a cup of strawberry and a cup of mango. It really tasted like a fairy. I was surprised by this. There is still such a delicious yogurt in bellevue. I will come again in the future!“

“I accidentally found this place near the hospitals and what a little gem! The Japanese lady running it was so sweet and recommended their signature jelly coffee which was delicious (not too sweet, just perfect, but you can add more syrup if you want). I also ordered pizza toast which is something I made every other day when I lived in Japan for a few months, and I was so excited to see it here. It was delicious and the perfect size for a smaller appetite. I definitely want to come back and try the matcha jelly parfait.“

“Coche Valley Dessert Cafe is a really nice, cozy spot with amazing food and desserts. The cafe is almost always busy, which says a lot—but it’s absolutely worth the wait. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious, and the desserts are especially decadent and indulgent without being over the top. A great place to treat yourself or catch up with friends if you don’t mind a lively atmosphere. Highly recommend.“

“I recently visited this Japanese café and it ended up being such a pleasant surprise. The
matcha floats were incredible. The matcha itself was rich and smooth, and the vanilla soft serve was super creamy. They serve it in their special Valimaki style, where you can add things like hojicha or extra matcha on top, which makes it even better.
The Japanese fruit sandwiches were another favourite. The bread was soft, the fruit was fresh, and the whole thing looked almost too pretty to eat. Honestly, every item that came out was so photogenic. If you love matcha, Japanese treats or just really Instagrammable food, this café is definitely worth a visit.
P.S. the handwritten ‘arigato gozaimasu’ on each paper bag is a really thoughtful and amazing attention to detail!“
“This place was so epic if you love Thai Tea and UBE. It’s a small little spot that you walk up to order from a kiosk. They had SO many variations of Thai tea; floats, ice creams, desserts and other mixes. I was literally in heaven! I loved that I could choose a green Thai tea with Thai tea ice cream float. I placed my order and got it within minutes so they worked super fast! There is a small seating area outside and I could totally see this place getting very busy. This was a perfect stop to satisfy my caffeine and dessert cravings! Such a unique place and we need more of them!“

“Yezi Coconut Dessert is a hidden gem! If you love coconut, this is the place to be. Since it was our first time, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, explaining the menu and suggesting items for us to try. The mango was delicious, and the puddings are silky smooth—not too sweet and packed with natural coconut flavor. Everything feels very authentic and high-quality. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!“

“My first time going to cookie heaven and I am pretty sure they almost had to drag me out of there. These are truly the most amazing cookies and creations. And it was hard to choose between just two or three. I am going to have to make sure I go back on an empty stomach. The staff is amazing, you know exactly what you're getting, and they are just so beautifully done. Love this place!“

“Macarons are a favorite food of mine. I’ve tried many macarons from many places. Those other macarons do not hold a candle to Lady Yum’s. Their macarons are actually on my top 10 list of favorite foods of all time. They make my soul happy. My husband picks me up some every time he travels to Seattle and although I miss him when he travels…I’m also kinda happy when he goes because he gets me treats from there.“

“My long overdue review comes down to 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ words: Best Taiyaki Comfort Food Ever‼️‼️💯🥰😋😍 Need I say more? . Taiyaki, a popular Japanese fish-shaped pastry, has an interesting history rooted in the Edo period's imagawayaki, a round pancake filled with sweet red bean paste. The modern version of taiyaki was invented in 1909 during the Meiji era by Seijirō Kanbei, who owned a sweets shop called Naniwaya in Tokyo . Seeking to create a unique twist on imagawayaki, he used a mold shaped like a sea bream (tai in Japanese), a fish symbolizing good fortune. The delightful combination of its distinctive shape and delicious taste quickly made taiyaki a favorite across Japan, often sold by street vendors and enjoyed at festivals . Over time, taiyaki evolved to include various fillings such as custard, chocolate, cheese, sweet potato, and even savory options, and in BeanFish case, MmmBacon 😍😋🥰, though the iconic fish shape remains. Today, taiyaki has spread globally, becoming a beloved treat in many countries and appreciated for its nostalgic charm and the enjoyable experience of biting into its crispy exterior to reveal a warm, sweet filling!!! 🍥🥮🫘“

“The fella behind the counter was super informative, attentive and thoughtful. I admit I initially thought the prices were a bit steep but after one bite I was like, “Alright I get it.” I purchased the tangerine almond cake and my partner picked the s’mores tarts and both were fantastic!“

Only thing disappointing is they open at 11am 😭 I always want coffee at like 9am and realized they are closed.. The atmosphere is so cute & cozy & service has always been amazing here. Highly recommend their corn latte!
I tried their matcha and it’s not my favorite.. But def recommend their coffee or ades!“

“We tried the tiramisu and the Biscoff cruffle, and both were absolutely delicious; perfectly balanced and not too sweet. The mocha and milk tea were also really good and paired so well with the desserts.
Ordering from the kiosk was super easy and convenient. The store was empty when we arrived, so service was quick, smooth, and very friendly. Overall, a great experience with amazing treats. We’ll definitely be back!“

“Bambu in Edmonds is an absolute gem and easily one of the best spots for authentic Vietnamese chè and Asian-inspired desserts north of Seattle. Everything here is made with incredible care and the freshest ingredients—fresh young coconuts cracked daily for that perfect coconut meat and water, house-made pandan jelly, and real fruit in every drink.
The Bambu Special is perfection: a delightful mix of pandan jelly, longan, basil seeds, red tapioca, and coconut that’s refreshing, textured, and not overly sweet (customize your sugar level—I love it at 50%). The Fruit Addict is bursting with fresh fruits, and their smoothies (like taro or avocado) are thick, creamy, and made with real ingredients—no powders here.
Don’t sleep on the pandan waffles—they’re the standout, crispy on the outside, soft and chewy inside, with that fragrant pandan flavor shining through. Hands down the best I’ve had at any Bambu location. The Vietnamese iced coffee is bold, smooth, and brewed the traditional way.
Service is always warm, friendly, and knowledgeable—staff happily explain the menu, offer samples, and make recommendations. The place is clean, vibrant, and welcoming, with generous portions at fair prices ($6-10 for most items). So many options are gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan-friendly too.
Right now, they’re running an exciting Labubu contest drawing with the winner announced at the end of January/early February—stop by for details on how to enter!
This is my go-to for unique, refreshing desserts that go way beyond typical boba shops. Bambu Edmonds never disappoints—pure bliss in every visit!“
“I came in about a week ago to get some cookies, Ren was working that day & he was fantastic! I asked if the nut free cookies could be packed in a different box from the cookies with nuts. Ren was super thoughtful & mentioned that the same spatula was used for all cookies, so he went & grabbed a new spatula to help me out! He made sure to grab all the nut free cookies & pack those up first. As someone who has a family member with a nut allergy, I really appreciated his thoughtfulness. He also had a super friendly energy about him! Unfortunately I couldn't tip because I didnt have cash 🙁 otherwise i would've left him a big one! Would love if tipping could be added to card payments!“

“The cafe is so cute and quaint! The staff are so friendly. We got the two croffles, the biscoff and a cream cheese along with the sausage bread and not a crumb was left to be seen. Highly recommend. My cousin got the mango yogurt tea and she absolutely loved it.
Highly recommend!“

“One of the best local bakeries you're going to find. If you go to UW, you need to order cakes from here. The sweet lady turned a cake around in 3 hours, completely customized. I asked for a Mario style cake. She was also so warm and kind throughout. Would come here again every time!“

“Pretty good bingsoo, but not the best. The prices are very very high and the amount of bingsoo you got was not worth the price. This is definitely a place where you'd splurge on and you'd save yourself a long trip and good money if you went somewhere else.“

“This place is great if you are craving a sweet treat but I will say for what you get and the price you pay it is extremely expensive. It’s almost 20 dollars for a cake and ice cream including taxes and while it’s a rich dessert, it is nonetheless small for what you pay. In terms of taste it is great and very flavorful which is nice.“

“Somisomi was an interesting experience. The desserts are delicious. The taiyaki is good. The ice cream is soft and creamy and not too sweet. We really enjoyed the flavors!
Unfortunately the shop itself is very odd, there's no AC and no indoor seating though it is relatively spacious. The service was mediocre. Overall I enjoyed the dessert so I'd come back for it.“

“I ordered from Hollywood Baked Goods for an Employee Appreciation Event at my workplace, and they exceeded every expectation. They produced over 600 incredible cake pops—individually wrapped and tied with a cute ribbon—without any issues at all.
Even with such a large order, they were more than willing to help me execute an event for hundreds of employees. The entire process, from ordering to pickup, was seamless. Holly and her team communicated quickly whenever I had questions, and when I arrived for pickup, everything was organized and ready to go, which made my job so much easier.
I highly recommend this bakery for any event—big or small!“
