I'm really disappointed with Domino's. I placed an order and unintentionally left off the tip, but they didn't deliver my order! Can you believe that? I've told them before that if I forget to add a tip on the card, I'll pay it in cash. The store manager claimed they were short-staffed, yet the last person I spoke to confirmed my order was on its way. I usually tip between 20-25%, but I was distracted on the phone this time and simply forgot.
I ordered via phone the special for 7.99/ea for 2 pizzas/2 toppings and realized when I got home they had GROSSLY overcharged me over $40! That was double what it should have been. I called and spoke with Tyler but he REFUSED to correct the error. Nasty!!!
