I live in downtown Kirkland area, and I have always loved Ivar's Seafood Bar. Even though I don’t eat out often, your food has always been one of my favorite choices.

During my last visit, I noticed a small fly on the edge of my plate. When I brought it to the register, the staff member who was otherwise very kind and helpful touched the edge of my plate with their hand and removed it, saying it was “just a herb.” In that...

Been years but it's still good. Manhattan and White chowder is still excellent. Cod was great. Everything got and fresh. The counter person working was so nice and professional. Excellent service. We chatted with him when he came on the floor. Good guy.

The staff here is super nice. Very friendly and helpful. Food was freshly made. Reasonable price and love self-serving drinks and condiments so I can get just as much as I need. One of my favorite4 place for fish and chips, PLUS it's a must for Seattle locals!
