Menya Muso Tsukemen & Ramen in Kirkland offers flavorful and delicious food with something for everyone. The ajitama and pork chashu are done very well, and the takoyaki is good too. The broth is less flavorful than other places but much more milky. The red Tsukemen, hybrid, and taiyaki ice cream are very good. The Vegan by Red Ramen is delicious, and the Vegetarian Gyoza and Mango Calpico drink are good. The miso ramen is not bad, and the chicken karaage is outstanding. The food is fresh, and the interior is nice with free parking in the shopping center. Service is great, prompt, and super quick. The restaurant changed its name and chefs/owners, but the flavor is better now. Ordering is through a kiosk. Payment is cash only at some times, or credit cards or debit only at others. The small store may require a wait during busy hours, but there was no wait on a weekend. No substitutions on toppings are allowed. Highly recommended.
