They changed their name and I believe they changed chefs/owners. But in a great way. I already enjoyed Menya Tsukumen when it originally opened but I actually enjoy Menya Muso more now! Menu is generally the same (didn’t search all of it) but better flavor to me.
Service was great as well. As one person working the register and as a waiter, he was prompt on checking in and making sure everything was okay with our meal.

I tried the Vegan by Red Ramen and it was delicious. I’d definitely order it again. I also tried Vegetarian Gyoza and Mango Calpico drink, both were good too.
I went on a weekend and there was no wait at all. Ordering and service were super quick. I originally wanted the Tsukemen, but couldn’t find any vegan options for that dish.
