The pizza is surprisingly good. The family was just paying through and wanted pizza. We've never heard of this chain restaurant. I assumed it was going to be mediocre due to being a chain restaurant but it was very good. I'll eat there again. 3 pepper shared a large Hawaiian with bread sticks.
Pagliacci Pizza is on a delicious crust with with a nice chew and high quality toppings that is definitely made by people who care about what they are doing and what it tastes like. They also feature local meats from Hemplers and Mama Lil's peppers from Portland. Parking at this location can get hectic when they're busy.
This location is tiny, so it's best suited to takeout or delivery. With that said, I go out of my way to come here. I have to eat gluten-free (I don't want to) and their gluten-free pizzas are delicious. The rest of my family can eat regular pizza and they assure me that it's their favorite pizza place, hands-down.
