Finally checked this spot off our bucket list and WOW—it did not disappoint! 🔥 We went all out and ordered the chicken karaage (perfectly crispy and juicy), the Impossible bun, a curry bowl, plus the Shoyu and Blaze ramens. The Blaze (3-star spicy) is that perfect 'flavor, not fire' kick. Daniel was our server and he was an absolute superstar—greeted us immediately and took amazing care of us! The vibe is super chill with great music. My only regret? Not taking...

Ramen was cooked well and it’s decent portions. The broth is very good and I loved the thick pork belly. We also ordered a pork bun and tuna appetizer. Pork belly was nice, tuna not so much. I’d recommend skipping that. The chicken karage might be the best appetizer they make. They’ve nailed that one down. The Churros were not good. Overcooked and under seasoned. The service wasn’t great. Took a long time to get our order taken and server didn’t check on us.

Silverlake Ramen is excellent! The ambiance is nice, it has fantastic service and the veggie ramen and impossible buns are delicious! My husband gets the spicy veggie ramen. The broth is delicious and rich. Such nice comfort food. We try to go once a month to support them. It's great!
