Ramen was tasty and size was pretty big. Got the spicy veggie ramen at their highest spiciness level and it wasn’t too overpoweringly spicy and I could still enjoy the taste. Ghost pepper kimchi had some spice to it but not too bad.

First time visiting Silverlake Ramen at The Village at Totem Lake, and it was a great lunch stop. I ordered the Blaze Ramen with tofu, which is basically their classic ramen with a kick. I asked for extra spice, but the heat landed around a 4 out of 10 — still tasty, just not fiery. The broth was flavorful, the tofu was well‑prepared, and the portion was perfect for a late lunch.

Cassius (spelling?) was amazing! We were seated by the hostess (I think) and she took out order. She also brought out food to us. Cassius checked on us, refilled out water and lemonade, and made sure we were ok. I even heard Cassius ask the doordash driver if the driver would like a glass of water- all the while greeting and saying goodbye as they came/went. Fantastic service from Cassius!
