“We went there today to have some great Mexican food and because my friend Sheryl was in town from Ohio. We had a great time and also had margaritas!!!“

My main complaints are one of the servers kept trying to insist on speaking in Spanish with me despite my expressing my confusion and starting the conversation in English with her (which she responded in to start), and how hot it was in the building. It was actually hotter inside than outside on a 95° evening due to a complete lack of airflow or conditioning, which makes me concerned for other patrons and the employees.“

We had a good experience, the receptionist is very nice and very helpful too bad we forgot to ask her name. Our server is very good and welcoming too. And the food didn’t disappoint us. “Nacho Borracho in Capitol Hill is an absolute gem! The shrimp burrito was phenomenal—packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The carne asada burrito was also delicious, with generous portions that definitely didn’t disappoint. But what truly blew my socks off were the al pastor tacos. The orange sauce that came with them was out of this world, adding just the right kick to each bite. The burritos were massive, so you definitely get your money’s worth.

One small downside was that they were out of chicken, but honestly, the other options were so good I didn’t mind too much. It’s worth noting that this spot is inside a bar, so the music and patrons can get pretty loud. However, if you’re okay with a lively atmosphere, Nacho Borracho is a must-go! Don’t let the noise deter you—this place is a true Capitol Hill treasure.“

“Maya's catered our wedding and they were SPECTACULAR. Went above and beyond to give our 100 guests a really great dinner. We ordered a variety of tacos and fajitas, and they had the thought to include cheese enchiladas for any vegetarians. We had compliments from everyone about how good the food was! We have friends from up in Shoreline that have driven down to the Rainier Ave location to get dinner since the wedding!The setup was all very nice, and the staff set up the cutest tortilla chip basket waterfall, helped serve dinner, and even helped clean up and pack up the leftovers for us.They were easy to work with, priced fairly, and the food and service was excellent. Highly recommended!!“
