“I was pleasantly surprised by this place, a literally shining light in the dark in one of the shadier parts of the greater Tacoma area. Food was fresh and plentiful, a much better value than established chain restaurants. I've tried nearly every burrito within a 100 mile radius and I highly recommend giving this small local business a chance.“
“We actually eat here about once every other week. We usually get the burritos, and they are delicious. The taco salad shell was not my favorite but we have never been disappointed by anything else. The staff is quiet, but not disrespectful or rude. Not everyone needs to be bubbly and smiley. We'll continue going back every other week.“

I have food allergies and she was back and forth to the kitchen a million times helping me find something safe to eat.She comped part of our meal because of the kitchen.Service was fast, and over the top wonderful.The food was just OK. My husband said his tacos were good, but mine was meh. Something was intolerably hot, and the proportions of ingredients in the taco salad were wierd. I took a few bites, took it home and tossed it. The nachos were OK. Really overcooked and the toppings came on the side. We wouldn't go again, because it's pricey and the food wasn't that great, but the service was exceptional. Thank you Shelby!“
