“love the mala hot! if you like spicy chicken this is one of the greatest hidden gems of Federal Way. a bit pricey at regular price, but they are always running specials. Definitely my go-to place for spicy chicken anywhere between Seattle and Tacoma.“

“We ordered the grilled Chicken club, the spicy pimento chicken sandwiches, 2 sides of Mac n cheese and 2 drinks. The food was good but they messed up our meals and gave us fries on one order. We really have never been fond of chicken fil a. And seeing that they cannot get a simple order correct it's no wonder why.“

“Been following Buddy’s on IG for awhile now and I decided once Cheddar Bay biscuit waffle was back i was making the nearly 2 hour drive to try it.... and OMGosh I am so happy I did!!!! got OG chicken with it as I am Casper white (aka can't handle spice 🤣😂🤣) along with a half lemonade and half sweet tea with mango and peach it was so refreshing and helped me with the car ride home!!! “Shaquille O'Neil has a new chicken sandwich chain that's rolling out in the PNW. They recently opened a Tacoma location. The food looked good so I decided to try it. The Ultimate Chicken Sandwich was great. Mac & cheese, crispy onions on it. It was substantial. I had the crinkly cut fries too. Pretty good food considering I was so hungry. I would definitely try this again.“

“The location in Fircrest WA is the ultimate best one ever. Everyone is so nice and professional. There is one person that is over the top the best. Her name is Lenora. She remembers us every time we visit. She is genuinely the nicest person ever. We will now only visit the Fircrest location because of her.“

“After waiting 15 minutes at the place down the road before being greeted and then another 10 minutes before we decided to walk out and come here... The staff here were very attentive and helped us immediately. Our food was fast and hot and delicious!“

“Many people write reviews saying how things are wrong or other negative, but I want to write a review of a positive experience. I went for a late lunch and chose to go to the Steillacoom KFC location. The crew were all very warm and friendly and spoke to me and made me feel welcome. The food was also as good as it always was, which is something you come to expect at KFC. My order was prepared quickly and given to me before I even chose which soda I wanted from the fountain (I always taste-test a few to see what I am in the mood for), which was no more than a minute or two. The food was hot and fresh and as I said, tasted good.

I want to give a shout out to the whole crew at the location, including Andrea, Janel and Konstant. There was a young man working, but I did not get his name.

This is my preferred Tacoma-area Kentucky Fried Chicken and will return to this location again. Thank you crew for making me feel welcome!

As usual, the food at this Jollibee is excellent! The star of the show is definitely the fried chicken, and the Filipino options that Jollibee offers. The chicken is one of the best fast food casual chain fried chicken that I’ve ever had, and known this since trying the Tukwila location. Sides are great, pineapple quencher is a go-to, peach mango pies are amazing, and overall is better than Popeyes.

5/5 stars, is almost identical to its Tukwila location.“

“This KFC used to suck. My stuff would be missing and I never got honey with the biscuit. I decided to give it a shot after not going for months and they have a new manager, Olivia. both times I’ve went now my food was fast, correct and all condiments in the bag. Shout out to that new manager for turning this location around!“
