I’ve been coming to Cold Stone in Lakewood for 3 1/2 years. They never have smoothies or milkshakes late afternoon or evening. I’m either told they’re out of “ice” and or “milk” . Otherwise ice cream tastes good.

I've been to this location 3 times. 1 time last year and 2 times since January this year. The ice cream is great, I love being able to customize my order, but what I don't love is the customer service. It's as cold as the ice cream. I just wanted a sweet treat not attitude. Customer service is key, no matter how good the product is. This last time was a bit too much for me. I'll just find a different location to go to. Came in and immediately the last up front shouts were only taking cash at the moment , basically like she didn’t want to take any orders and the business owners will not appreciate this , terrible service made us feel not wanted at
Disappointed the last few times normally this location is on point been coming here for over a year but recently it's been problems. The order tonight for example. Was given wrong sizes. And one of them came only 50 percent correct. It's time to put up the review in hopes it's seen and the issue is fixed.And before the public jumps all over me I tried calling everytime there has been issues and no one answers.

Love Coldstone.. but that last 2 times we were there we had the same girl help us who doesn't fill up the cup. As anyone knows... the usual serving goes way beyond the cup...heaping full. So I said something and she goes about making me a new one and slams stuff around... then she makes my husband's n does the same to his.... so I ask for a Mgr and all she says is" so you want another scoop". Doesn't remake it n mix it....doesn't say sorry or anything. Piss poor customer service after getting ripped off

I love stopping by here every now and then for a sweet treat. I feel like compared to other ice cream shops in the area you get more for your buck here plus they offer coupons occasionally which is nice. I will say in the summer months it's very busy at times and sometimes during this time the ice cream is melting in the case slowly from the heat. After realizing this I just avoid coming here in the summer because it's more enjoyable and less crowded in the fall/winter/spring time. The employees are always nice here. There's a few tables inside and out if you want to enjoy your ice cream on site.
