Yes the ice cream is delicious but hey managers please retrain and put the service back the way it was. Our server did not clean his station before making my friend’s ice cream so there was strawberry bits in her coffee ice cream. And it used to be that the servers would finish a group first then move on to the next group but now it’s one server per group. I don’t like that.

I love coldstone and their ice cream. Their recommended mixtures for ice cream are to die for! You can also make your own and experiment with different ice cream and add ins. But most of all, its not 20 dollars per ice cream. The biggest size was only 8-9 dollars! Which isn't bad at all! I would definitely try to go on days that aren't too busy since they can neglect doing your ice cream well enough (such as mixing in the add ins) but if they are slower it's amazing!

Mars had the best customer service. It's hard to find service this great these days. I totally recommend this location, and if you get a chance to be helped by Mars consider yourself blessed... GREAT JOB MARS
