Food was great , price was good i ., but some off the ladies server was a bit disappointing there personality wasn’t so nice when you ask for things
Went for dinner, but I should have went for lunch. A while 7 dollar difference 😩. Or waiter was attentitive with our sides and brought out our meat within a minute
I want to warn people about this place: it looks nothing like the photos they post online. It is extremely neglected, and the service is terrible. One of the waitresses was polite up to a point, but the other—I’m not sure if she was the owner or another waitress—had a horrible attitude; she really didn't treat us well at all and clearly disliked serving customers. New Gangnam BBQ offers great service, with friendly staff who promptly take orders and ensure clean utensils. Food portions are generous, and prices are reasonable. The brisket is of good quality, and banchan is also tasty. Their AYCE BBQ features amazing, tender, premium meats, and they change the grills frequently to minimize smoke. The banchan is considered the BEST in the South Sound. Customers often enjoy their a la carte or meal sets, which provide plenty of food for a good price. The service is lovely, and the staff are attentive, recognizing regular customers and being ready to help. Although the restaurant can get busy, it remains a favorite for many, offering quick service even during peak times. Parking is available, and the place is usually not crowded on weekend evenings, making it a great choice for a satisfying Korean BBQ meal.
