If you’re looking for a great poke spot, you have to check out IC Poke in Lakewood Towne Center!
I recently stopped in and was so impressed. I had the chance to chat with the owner, Serine (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly), and she was so kind, welcoming, and happy to answer all of my questions. You can really tell she cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does.

Best place ever!!! The freshness and quality of food is far superior to any other poke spot I have ever been! Absolutely phenomenal. Only thing they could do better is get stronger forks.
