“The sisig, palabok, and bulalo we ordered were all absolutely delicious, but what impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service we received from our young waiter. He made us feel like regular, familiar customers the moment we arrived. My wife was having a hard time deciding what to order because all the photos she saw in the online reviews looked so delicious. He was very helpful and patient in making recommendations, which made her decision much easier. He also recommended the empanada, which we ended up ordering to go - and we're glad we did! What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful he and the other waiters were throughout our entire meal. We felt like family. They anticipated our needs without us even having to ask. An extra bowl for the bulalo was brought right away, extra napkins were provided before we even need to request them, and our drinks were constantly refilled. Before we left, I made sure to let the manager know how impressed we are with the service. The staff, especially our main waiter truly made our dining experience special. And one more thing worth mentioning - the restroom was huge and very clean. I even joked with the manager that it was so big, it's almost like an apartment. 😂 Great food, excellent service, attentive staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a 5-star experience!
