The sisig, palabok, and bulalo we ordered were all absolutely delicious, but what impressed me the most was the outstanding customer service we received from our young waiter. He made us feel like regular, familiar customers the moment we arrived. My wife was having a hard time deciding what to order because all the photos she saw in the online reviews looked so delicious. Absolutely delicious. In fact, some of the best food I’ve ever had in my life. I was passing through Tacoma and stopped here for a bite. I will now be passing through everywhere else in Washington in order to get here. The fusion menu is inspired and inspiring, with all the flavors working together better than I could have ever hoped. And the staff is beyond friendly. Can’t wait to be back and cannot wait to eat more
