Driving by Lakewood and saw a Korean strip mall. I decided to stop and check out the Paldo International Market. Rustic compared to HMart. I decided to try the bibimbap. classic style with egg. Nice portion of veggies and some sides. I always wish this meal has more beef but tariff & inflation is definitely cutting in to the portion served. This is my least favorite of the locations at this spot, but that doesn't mean it's any less good. In fact everything that I've always gotten from here is delicious. I just think the stuff surrounding it is more delicious if that makes sense.
It's been a while since I've last eaten here, which made it easy for me to tell the drastic change in my favorite dish. It used to be that portions were worth the $20 you pay. Today, it seems as if there's more onions than pork in the dish. This place has definitely seen better days.
