“Luckily our friends scheduled our first get together in Union at 2 Margaritas! Everyone complimented the food they had. Myself, I had the three enchiladas steak, beef and chicken. Wonderfully seasoned and accompanied by above average beans. The queso and green sauces were very good. Service was prompt. The bartender was fantastic. The house margarita was large and well made. “So good! I got the 3 compadres plate with carne asada, shrimp, and scallops, and WOW!! Those scallops were cooked to perfection, soft and tender and melted in your mouth. The carne asada was well seasoned and delicious, the shrimp were tender. The sauce the shrimp and scallops were cooked in is incredible! My grandma got the trio fajita plate, the chicken was tender and juicy, plenty of shrimp, and the steak was thicker than the carne asada, but still had that delicious flavor. Service was awesome too, attentive and friendly, even though it was busy we were sat at a table almost immediately. Highly recommend!“

“From start to finish the staff were so helpful and welcoming. The resort and grounds are beautiful and you feel very relaxed and serene walking and soaking in the views. Food at the restaurant was exceptional and probably the best salmon preparation I've ever had. The spa was simply luxurious and made you forget what time it was! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. 10/10“
