We celebrated my husband's birthday here yesterday and as usual, we absolutely enjoyed it! The hostess and servers all had smiles even after several busy weeks here on the peninsula.
We started with a raspberry lemon drop and a creamsicle. Both beverages were delicious. I had the crab cakes with hollandaise and they were amazing! Nice breading on the outside, plenty of crab and seasoning on the inside.

Drop Anchor Seafood was a great little spot to stop in for a quick lunch while on our short day trip to the coast. The service was fantastic, the staff was incredibly sweet and the chowder was delicious! I absolutely suggest trying the fries (chips). They were fantastic! We will definitely go back the next time we visit Long Beach!
