Excellent spot for some dinner with family and or friends. I myself had a chicken basket which was very good and plentiful, the breading and white meat was of excellent quality and kept me interested with each bite. Service was friendly and forgiving even when a small mess up occurs. The place is a great small business I'd recommend to anyone visiting Long Beach.
I took a break with my husband and drove to Long Beach. When we got to town, there were car events and markets, and the streets were crowded with people. I couldn't park on Main Street, but it was nearby. For lunch, we chose Hungry H Grille. The interior was like an old-fashioned American restaurant. After looking at the menu, we ordered fish & chips and a clam chowder bread bowl. You can't get free water, but the water bottle is 23 cents, so don't worry. When...
Mom and Pop establishment....food was VERY GOOD...hot off the grill....traveling though and have tried Clam Chowder from the Pike Market in Seattle all through the 101 loop...and continuing on the 101 south...THIS WAS THE THE BEST !!!!!....service was great...associates ALL friendly and welcoming....
