Avenue Bread in Lynden is a great spot for a quick bite. The bread and baked goods were fresh, and everything tasted simple and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were friendly. A nice place to stop by when visiting Lynden.
We always stop by here multiple times when in Lynden. Breakfast and sandwiches are always tasty and the staff is friendly. Mostly a self-service environment but it's all good.
- Cranberry Turkey Sandwich: fresh everything, great flavor, would get it again.
- Chips: really good kettle chips. Very crispy and not reliant on garlic and spice like many others.
- Pickle: fresh!
- 8 oz Cappuccino: the best I've had in a long time. Very close to those in Italy. No bitterness, no sourness, just balance.
- Atmosphere: excellent, rustic, not pretentious.
- Service: food came fast!
