This place is truly special. It's difficult to put into words, but it has this peaceful farm serenity about it. The food is awesome, the pies are incredible, the distillery rocks, and the shop carries a lot of interesting gifts. And of course, the apples. One of my very favorite places to stop in Whatcom County.
Wonderful experience! We did the distillery free tasting first with Chris and it was fabulous! Everything was delicious and it was so fascinating learning what he uses for all the different liquors they produce right there on site. The store and cafe were adorable! They had so many varieties of apples and apple products that they grow and make in house. We didn't get a chance to try the cafe food but heard great things about the chef and food. Busy yet manageable crowd. Free parking. Food service waiting period was too long, but serve alcohol to help manage the wait. Food was okay aliitle pricey for what it is.
Cute store stand. Would visit again overall.
