I've driven past this taco truck so many times but never stopped. Recently though I was craving a taco truck taco. My spouse and I decided to give it a try and when I was actually looking over the menu options I was really surprised. There are a lot of options that I would love to try. I still got the tacos but want to go back and try other things too. The tacos are very reasonably priced and were so delicious. Excuse the photo with the messy plate. I was a whole taco in before I remembered to take a picture. I am excited to go back again. This is probably one of the only restaurants in the area that I've actually liked and want to go to again.

I always get the carne asada burrito. It is a good price and pretty hefty, I am always full after eating one. They are also super delicious, in my opinion, best burrito in Whatcom county. The workers are always very friendly and pretty quick with getting food out.

We had Little Mexico food truck cater our wedding a few weekends ago and it was so perfect! They showed up on time and were extremely organized! We had about 150 people at our wedding and they did such an excellent job managing everything. The food was made to order so it was all fresh. Everyone loved the food and it made for such a fun wedding vibe :) I would highly recommend them for either an event or just a casual dinner out. The food is legit and the people are so kind.

My Little Mexico catered our daughter's wedding. The food was delicious, abundant and affordable. They delivered more than enough for the 100+ guests - and added a whole extra serving pan of meat! Guests piled their plates high and there were compliments all around for the tastiness of the taco fillings. The delivery and setup were on time and efficient. They provided warming pans, serving utensils, and all the dishes for condiments. The next morning they picked up all their equipment. It was easy to work with the owner to plan the menu and to make adjustments to quantities when we knew the exact number of people attending. I would definitely recommend My Little Mexico for catering - a great value for excellent food. Muchas gracias por todo, Adriana!
