“Incredible food. I ordered the chicken katsu Donburi bowl and was legitimately surprised at how flavorful it was. My girlfriend hates onions, but this was the first time she LOVED them. Flavor was almost that to French onion soup. Lady at the front was very warm and friendly about me not sure what to order. Clean and tidy restaurant, great food, friendly staff. I’ll be a regular here from now on.“

“Like many other Wingstop spots I've ordered from...this one does not disappoint.

I ordered on the app and my wife picked it up on her way back home.

Fairly easy to order from the app with a few glitches when it came to setting the quantity.

Ordered 40 wings combo and they got the order exact!
Wings were all cooked and not one raw section on any.

My father in law got the Hawaiian and he scarfed down all 10!
My dad got the Garlic Parmesan and he enjoyed them thoroughly.
I got Cajun for the rest and they were on point with even adding some extra sauce which was a perfect touch.

There was a large ranch and it was definitely a large ranch. More than enough for what we needed...but the ranch at Wingstop is like Crack and addicting! I know because other people agreed that the Ranch is that good and they would get it just to use it on salads and all.

There was a bit of confusion due to my mistake in texting the wrong items ordered to my wife...but they worked it out and wifey wasn't irked about the experience at all.

So glad they opened this location and now I'm sure I'll be ordering from here for sure!

Usually I'll order for delivery from this location.
This time I decided to order for pick up.
Seeing how this team operated with their monitored flooded with orders...man I'm impressed!
Orderly, calm, no messes, no confusion, and just perfection!

Specially on a big day like today when the Seahawks are getting ready to play the final game against some team from CA.

I miscalculated my pick up time to be at 1530...so I called and spoke with the person at the front and he adjusted my pick up time to 1600 and they stayed on pace.

Order was complete and they nailed it!“

“Made an absolute mess of this table because it was absolutely amazing pizza highly recommend the service was A1 very attentive, and the food came out extremely quick. If you like hot pizza, do the dragon. I was really surprised when I got the bill as I was expecting to pay more for what we got but only $50 for the whole family to eat. Will be returning here.“

“Food is good but if you want cheese on your nachos go somewhere else. I ordered nachos and only got a pinch of cheese. No exaggeration, it looked like someone grabbed a little tiny pinch with two fingers. The second time I went I made sure to ask for extra cheese to avoid this. And once again I was hardly given any cheese at all. Cheese is a main part of nachos so I’m confused as to why they barely give any. Lost my business over some cheese. “terrible customer service, centralized dispatch service, online ordering & delivery service... had a problem ordering online. I called. was taken to their centralized dispatcher who took my order over the phone. they confirmed the online ordering system malfunction & said they needed to transfer me to the store direct line for payment processing... 50 mins on hold, no one answered (also no way to return to dispatcher using key pad). I hung up and called back. they retook my order and placed me on hold while they "did the math" so I could pay. 20 mins later, they get back on the line and retake my order a 3rd time. they then allow me to pay and claim our location is out if bread sticks as therefore were not answering the phones & that is why the online ordering is disabled. We receive our order 40 mins later with a ring on our door. I open the door and there is no person but pizzas sat on our bench. I had planned to make sure the order was correct & tip our driver but couldn't do either. of course, the order was wrong... one pizza was too small, while the other was wrong all together. they also left no receipt (& since I ordered verbally I got no emailed receipt). I called the dispatcher again. they say I can only file complaints via email. I asked what do I do about the fact that I don't have enough food or the right food to feed my family after all of this? he said eat what you have and I'll transfer you to the store's direct line (knowing they didn't answer the last time). Again on hold... (48mins) I've hung up because surprise surprise, NO ONE ANSWERS. I sent a FB message to them also, nothing.... I have my order confirmation number and a photo of my pizzas. I'll be chatting with you all in person tomorrow. 🤬“
