Wingstop on 196th St. Staff friendly and helpful. First time customers were guided to build a good size family meal and saved money. Wings were boneless, sauces and dry rubs delicious. Cheese fries had perfect seasoning. A 40 wings combo was ordered and arrived exactly, cooked with no raw sections. Family members enjoyed Hawaiian wings, Garlic Parmesan wings, and Cajun wings that were on point with extra sauce. A large ranch was abundant and addictive. When a wrong item was texted, staff worked it out and the customer was not irked. Pick‑up service was praised: orderly, calm, no mess, and pickup time was adjusted quickly when needed. Delivery customers noted the best wings in a long while, especially the hot honey and Korean BBQ flavors, and the fries were also praised. The overall experience was great, amazing and friendly. Customers recommend asking for deals and say this spot is the new jam instead of Buffalo Wild Wings. Staff remain friendly and efficient, making every visit a positive one.
