I forgot to take a photo of the eggplant stir fry and my Aunt also got the phad see ew with beef. All food was delicious! They set you up with a tablet to order your own. I didn't find it spicy (I enjoy very spicy), but the flavor was amazing (especially with the savory eggplant dish). Pictured are the edamame and crispy curry triangles. Oh my goodness, the ice cream (more sorbet-feeling) was PHENOMENAL!!! We (2 adults, 4 kids) got four flavors to share and I could honestly go back with a cooler and order a dozen just to bring back home. Raspberry lemon, passion fruit, soursop, and citrus were our top flavors. We sampled several, and had to stop sampling because we wanted all of them. Thank you, Chili Basil! Fabulous service at the counter, peaceful ambiance, and satisfied customers (who will be returning asap)!
We were in the Alderwood mall area and randomly decided to stop by Chili Basil because I was craving some Asian food and honestly, so glad we did. Didn’t go in with any expectations, but this little family-owned spot completely blew us away. The staff greeted us warmly as soon as we walked in and were super friendly throughout.
