“Love the coffee and the atmosphere. Customer service is unfortunately lacking at times. They messed up a Doordash order (ordered a traditional and they completely forgot the milk. Literally just a mostly-empty cup with a shot of espresso in it), and we've been unable to contact them about it, as they don't answer the phone and their voicemail is full. We'll still buy from them, but this isn't a great look.“

“This is my favorite coffee shop in Seattle. Coffee is delicious, staff is terrific and pastries are really good (not a big selection but good enough). I love the atmosphere here, feels very welcoming and I love the cozy ambiance. Highly recommend!“

“This place was fantastic! The mocha was excellent and even the pastries we ordered (quiche and spinach croissant) were delicious. The ambience was pretty good, too, with plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. The staff was nice and friendly. I will be going back soon and highly recommend it.“

“I used to visit this location frequently back in the day when the spot was owned by Urban Coffee Lounge. I recently found out about The Art of Coffee from a friend a few weeks ago. I have visited several times since then and it's some of the best coffee that I have had. Everyone who works there is super friendly with great customer service. I was there yesterday doing some work and after I ordered my coffee, the head manager brought my coffee right to my table. The chairs are also super comfortable if you are going to be there for a while. Great spot!!!

The return process literally took less than one minute, and I was refunded the money that evening. I highly recommend this Whole Foods location, if you need to do an Amazon return.“
