“I love this DQ! The location is only about 2 miles from me and I visit often. Staff are so friendly and quick! Even during busy times with many people in line at the Drive Thru, I’m able to order and pick up in a very reasonable time! Typically my whole visit time is less than 5 min! I’ve yet to have had my order be incorrect or poorly made! The few times I actually went into the store to pick up those delicious DQ ice cream cakes, the lobby was very clean and orderly! Definitely my favorite DQ with my favorite staff! Keep up the great work and thank you for the fantastic service that keeps my family coming back over and over again! See you soon!“
“100/10 Customer service & food tonight! We didn’t realize the limits of our coupons tonight and the staff & manager took care of us and helped us anyway! They were very helpful and caring, though we were a bit embarrassed of our mistake they made sure we didn’t feel embarrassed. Will 100% be coming back to this location, one of the best customer service encounters we’ve had. Thank you guys again! 😊“
