“Very impressed with this Dairy Queen store location. Dairy Queen is a top favorite with my wife and kids so I have been to many locations in MN and WI. I had never been to this location so called to confirm they sold cakes. The customer service on the phone was upbeat and friendly. The service at the store when I arrive was equal to the call (friendly and helpful). While I waited for the cake (very quick) to be personalized, I observed great and efficient service for each customer in line. Great store!! Until next time.“
“Tonight…. There was absolutely NO ONE THAT HAD A SENCE OF URGENCY…. There were 2 people in line at the register and 2 of us waiting on mobile orders. There were no less than 7 employees attempting to work (if you can call it that?) We eat here at least twice or Three times a week and this was HORRIBLE!!!“
