“I was on the for a 3 hr drive from Portland on my to Seattle I stopped by the tacoma mall just to look around and get something to eat before going on my way..This young black girl working at the DQ she was very rude I was in line actually the first one in line..she just passed me and ask the other people who's in line and I standing in front of her!??good 20 min waiting for her to finish whatever she was doing! If was a manager I get her fired! Poor customer service and attitude ? I left!

“Always received good service. Food orders are accurate to what I’ve ordered. Have not received a botched order from this location compared to other locations. Interior has always been clean when I’ve chosen to dine inside this location. Plus this location is open later compared to other locations. Drive thru can be a wait. This location must be doing something right with the amount of vehicles in the drive thru line. I would recommend this location“
“Took my 2 young grandsons for ice cream after dinner. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The atmosphere and cleanliness of the establishment, both restaurants and bathrooms, were much appreciated. Always a treat at this Dairy Queen on Pearl.“
