Great cafe near Edmonds College. Parking available in the parking garage or street. The food was really good and I got the moch Mexican style. When I arrived there was only 3 people by the time I left the cafe was packed!
Free parking in the garage is essential with zero street parking. The cafe has insane looking pastries, but we only stopped for a quick iced latte. Their specials are super unique and extremely punchy. The vibe and energy in the cafe is warm, bright and bustling. You can really tell the community enjoys this place as a gathering space.
Haven Café has incredible coffee, and the raspberry croissant was absolutely delicious. The staff were also exceptionally kind and clearly working SO hard despite being severely understaffed.

Haven Cafe is a great cafe near Edmonds College, with parking available in the parking garage or street. The food was really good, and the coffee was great. The cafe has insane looking pastries, and the raspberry croissant was absolutely delicious. The specials are super unique and extremely punchy. The vibe and energy in the cafe is warm, bright and bustling, and the community enjoys this place as a gathering space. The staff were exceptionally kind and hardworking, though the cafe can be understaffed. The open, modern space is visually appealing, but it can be quite loud and not very comfortable. The breakfast sandwich was aesthetically pleasing but lacked in flavour, and the food took about 40 minutes when expected in 10-15. The cafe also wasn’t very clean, with the water station empty and garbage and dish containers overflowing. Some would like to see more artwork and color on the big walls and high ceiling to make it more Seattle like. Despite the less than ideal experience, it is a good place to talk to someone and have time to yourself with a good meal, and many found their new lunch spot.
