Hyang Mi Dumpling Reviews
The broth has an incredible, smoky 불향. The best 짬짜면 ever in seattle for sure! I have been looking for good 중국집 in seattle and this place is the best! The seafood was fresh and portion is generous, I’d drive out of my way to eat here again!
I recommend the home made mandu and the number 11. The aunty there is super sweet and is always helpful. We will be returning.
Cute mom and pop shop inside the Asian Mart! I got the jjajang and sweet and sour pork, so yummy 🥰

Hyang Mi Dumpling offers authentic Korean-Chinese cuisine, with standout dishes like Jjajangmyeon and Jjamppong. The restaurant's food is delicious, with generous portion sizes, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The jjajangmyeon, especially the fried version Ganjjajang, is highly recommended, and the large portions make it a great value. The jjamppong has a good flavor, is spicy like in Korea, and features fresh seafood with less fishy smell.
The restaurant is located inside a grocery store, G Mart, and customers must enter the store and turn left before the cashier to reach the restaurant. While the atmosphere is simple due to its food court setting, the high-quality food and reasonable prices make it a popular choice. Some customers noted that the noodles may have changed from dried to handmade, and they hope it returns to the original style. Overall, Hyang Mi Dumpling is known for its tasty dishes and friendly service.
