Best baklava ever! Its sad that they had to close the store due to starbucks
Everything I ate there was very delicious. They have simit which is very difficult to find in the US. Other than simit, the cheese borek was amazing. The baklava was very fresh and the taste was soo good. I had a very delightful experience there. Thanks a lot!
The Turkish delight are tooooo sweet for Asian sweet level. Couldn’t even finish one cube of the candy bar. Sorry. The owner is so nice to explain everything so changing my rating. Will try the savory pastry next time.
I was rather sad when I came by and saw that Kismet was closed. I'm assuming based on the reviews they are planning on moving to a different location. I hope it's soon. I always enjoy their Turkish Delights and the rotating flavors they sell. Looking forward to their new location.
Best coffee spot at the mall for sure~ Genuine coffee knowledge and receiving a authentic turkish coffee is rare these days. The pastries slap and have fulfilling ingredients. If you are going to work let KISMET carry you there!SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS, they are always improving and trying new things :)
Love this place, especially all the pastries, which provide welcome variety! It's too bad Starbucks is playing dirty and trying to get them shut down. Surely, the big bad wolf of the coffee world can handle a little competition every now and then?
The food was so good we forgot to take a picture before it was gone. Great place for a snack while shopping. And the owners were fantastic, very friendly and happy to talk about their tasty treats! Will be back for sure
I had the best brevè latte In a long time here. The owners Timur and Janette are very kind folks.I had a simet (sesame seed covered round circular bread, like a stretched out bagel) and it was delicious. Try one!The owner gave me a few sample pieces of Turkish delight, and it's the real deal, imported straight from Turkey.
I recently went to Kismet while in the Alderwood mall and had an amazing pastry and a Turkish coffee while exploring.I was shocked to learn that they’re being squeezed out of the mall by Starbucks by the end of the month. It really is a shame because the dine-in experience and quality is truly amazing.I hope the owner is able to continue stay because it adds so much dimension and unique atmosphere to a mall that really needs more than Starbucks at every single entrance. Highly recommend spending your time and money here to support the owner who you can tell really cares.

This was the first time I tried Turkish desserts. Baklava is excellent and others are ok. Can try out once.
Always been a huge fan of the Mocha Turko. Whether you get it classic style with the grounds still in it or with them filtered out it’s a real Turkish coffee and is always fantastic. All of the snacks and rolls are also great. Location is great it really feels like a hub to meet friends with at the counter bar And it’s centrally located in the mall. I’d recommend them to anybody, any day.
I definitely recommend this cafe! The cardamom honey latte was SO GOOD (and they were able to accommodate non-dairy milk, too, for my boyfriend). It was handmade and tasty. They definitely know their niche. I also got the spinach-feta borek, which was deliciously spiced and surprisingly filling. Plus, everyone who worked there was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Next time, I’m going try the Turkish delights — they looks like tasty little jewels. Yum!
