Little Caesars Reviews
Waited in the drive thru for OVER 45 min. Knocked on the window and after 3 times the “manager” told me she would NOT come to assist me. Went inside, and still just as rude.
I will not be using them again. It’s not worth saving a few bucks!
we ordered for delivery, our driver only gave us one out of nine items and it was burnt. So my husband drove to the store to resolve this and get our food. The csr helping him did not care and rudely told him, "we're not going to refund you and we're not going to remake your order." as a former little caesars employee, I'm extremely angry that this is how she handled our issue. She should be fired and that store should be watched closely to monitor quality or be shut down. This...read full review
Ordered a large extra most bestest cheese pizza with extra cheese crazy crusted. I got a large regular cheese pizza. The girl at the window handed me the pizza and said here ya go and ran to the back.

Little Caesars Pizza offers great value for its affordable prices. The restaurant's staff, including some exceptional teenage employees, provide impressive customer service, with the supervisor or manager often doing most of the work at the front counter. He is a respectful and attentive Arabic gentleman, and customers have noted that their food was fresh and complete, with nothing missing from their orders. Although the establishment is small and can only fit a few people inside, making the atmosphere less spacious, many find it a reliable place to get a satisfying pizza at a reasonable price. The pizzas are suitable for sharing with friends during game nights or gatherings, making it a good choice for those looking to buy a bunch of pies. Just a caution—avoid the cheese dipping cups unless you want a cheap laxative. Overall, despite some occasional service issues, Little Caesars remains a place where customers can enjoy quality food at a great value.
