I have to say that this place is so friendly and so welcoming they make you feel right at home. Everyone is so nice and respectful and very professional not to mention their food pastries and coffee are amazing. The customer experience and the quality of product products. And Outstanding customer service is the reason why I continue to come.
When we went in the morning it was quiet and lots of seating (7:30am Friday and Saturday). The music choice was very nice and the workers were busy putting the baked goods up. Everything was organized and clean with directions to show you how to get your food. It was a simple process and didn’t feel like you needed help to get food. If you want specific items or more variety I’d recommend coming after 08:00 as more food is available out and baked fresh. Overall...
I loved the ambience and the location. I was assisted by two staff members—one was consistently warm and friendly throughout my visit, while the other didn’t seem as enthusiastic about helping customers. That said, mixed levels of customer service can be expected when giving opportunities to young student employees.
