Food is a tad overpriced, but the store was clean and there were many options for the pastries. I really liked the red velvet cake at this store. They also have decent smoothies. The staff were efficient but quiet.
This was my first time visiting this place, and unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with the staff.
Something as simple as saying “hi” or offering a smile seemed to be too much. I’m sorry, but if you work in the service industry, I believe a friendly greeting and a smile are some of the most basic things customers should receive.

I have been here many times but today an employee named Rei went above and beyond. She made my husband and I’s drinks with such care and effort and I have never had my drinks taste as amazing as they did today! Herself and her female coworker were both very kind and upbeat which I much appreciated after a long day. Thanks for making my day Rei!
