The smell of the spices was overwhelmingly strong, and the meat was extremely dry. I thought California was expensive, but this place is even more overpriced. Extra noodles cost $5, a large pho is $25, a medium is $20, and a small is $15.

I really wanted to find something positive about this restaurant, but it was difficult. The kitchen is not open, so there's no way to see the cleanliness or hygiene inside. It seems to have a very secretive kitchen.

Costco chicken used in lemongrass banh mi sandwich. I saw the Costco rotisserie chicken bags. Not eating there again.

One of the worst pho I’ve had. Broth tastes not homemade, probably just a powder bouillon they mix. Also is very pricey.

Really terrible banh mi. Like the worst I have ever had. Boiled (?) shredded chicken, zero lemongrass, drier than the gobi desert. I didn’t have their Pho, but just judging from the cleanliness of their kitchen and this experience I would never order here again.

I went there with my family today, pho was amazing, the broth was perfect temp and generous meat! The portion was really big, even though i ordered small, i could barely finish it, which is really rare around here. The employees were attentive and nice, though interaction was short. Price is way more reasonable than other pho restaurants! We paid 50 ish dollars for three bowl of pho. Recommend!!

I don't usually (and never) do reviews, but this was the worst pho I have ever had. Hubby ordered spare rib pho and added extras. I ordered combination pho and added extras (including raw meat). Two bowls of 'regular' pho = $66 after tax. Hubby got a regular size bowl- that he could at least added bean sprouts and mixed them in. I on the other hand received more like a small bowl- with a good amount of noodles and meat, BUT couldn't mix or stir. Broths were slightly warmer than room temps and my raw meat was still raw after mixing them in the broth. I don't even want to mention service: slow and not even a 'hello'. There were no customers ahead of us. No online (or other) orders. Dishes were piled up on the shelf. It's basically a self-service kiosk, so don't expect a person-to-person communication if you don't know how to use a basic computer screen. What did I expect at a food court...I didn't take photos because I honestly didn't expect to do a review, but it was bad (around 4ish pm).

I do love the pho at this place, but the service is dismal. Yesterday was the first time I ordered via Uber eats.
I checked the box that I needed utensils and all I got was a pair of chopsticks. No spoon, no napkin. I mean, come on, it's soup!
When you order, it says condiments are already included, but I got no chili paste/oil or hot sauce of any kind :(
And on top of that, it was not hot - I had to put it in the microwave. (The location is 1 mile from me.)
Once I heated it up, found some hot sauce and a spoon, it was delicious. For a $30 lunch, I would expect better service!

I ordered a regular pho, but I didn’t expect such a large portion — it even came with two ribs! The food was delicious and reasonably priced

Much more expensive than other phos. Bad broth. Little amount of food. I thought I ordered extra triple and tendon, turned out it is not “extra”, the base is noodle only. At that price range, that’s ridiculous. They didn’t even add triple after I ordered it, and I don’t even have the desire to argue . I will just stay away.

Wow, see below how this owner argued with another one star review, saying the reviewer “bad mouthing “. Unbelievable. I should have checked the reviews here first.

I debated on sharing this review over and over again.
I truly love the food here- when it's what I ordered. I have never had anything prior to this that I didn't like. It is always perfect temperature, cooked beautifully, and it looks just as good as it tastes.

I lowered the stars based on the experience that I had yesterday. I ordered crab Rangoon (amazing!) and a vermicelli bowl with pork and an egg roll and chose the add on extra egg rolls and add on short rib. I was told they were out of short rib, and asked if I'd like something different. I looked at the menu but nothing else appealed to me, so I asked for a refund on that extra. The girl paused, and asked me to just consider another meat. I again said I was sorry but I don't really want a different meat. She tells me one moment and that she was going to get her manager, and after a few minutes she returns alone and again asks me to consider another meat. I kind of chuckle to myself because I've never been in a situation where I'm essentially being refused a refund when they are out of something I paid for. She then told me to just try beef and I just said "I guess" and walked away very annoyed. When my food came, it was missing the original pork I even ordered, and only had beef and the egg rolls (I'll add that the extra egg rolls were not missing!) The beef was not good (not because it wasn't prepared well, but because I hadn't wanted it in the first place and I just don't like beef like that.) I ate about half of the food before I decided to leave because I was just really let down. I spent over $50 on this food and to feel so forced into something I didn't want just sucks.

I truly love the food here, but the customer service needs work. I'm definitely considering just going somewhere else because, while I am happy to spend money and tip on eating out, I can't afford to spend so much on food I don't even want.

Worst pho place in this entire area. I was the only order he had and it took 45 minutes and he was just sitting on his phone. You are better off making top ramen at home.
