Sushi Blue is not for those who expect to be catered to. This is tremendous value sushi with great flavor, assembled for someone with a giant mouth or a dexterous set of hands and cutlery. I order the sake roll once a week or so, which gives me two-to-three meals.

Been to Sushi Blue twice over 4 years - banger both times but quite a price jump!
For such a small place, the knife work is great & the fish are fresh. Tuna was ruby red, firm, and glossy - minimal fraying on the edges (sharp knife). Seared salmon was good though there should be a little more glaze on some pieces. Fresh wasabi & generous ginger.

This place went viral!! They sell out like alot of places do. These 1 stars do not help the business. Yall as washington residents suck. Stop posting these reviews cause yall feeling are hurt. Reviews are for trying not venting cause your poophead drove 4 hours but didnt call before hand knowing this place went viral. Go cry elsewhere and not on their review page when you guys didnt even try the food.
