Been to Sushi Blue twice over 4 years - banger both times but quite a price jump!

For such a small place, the knife work is great & the fish are fresh. Tuna was ruby red, firm, and glossy - minimal fraying on the edges (sharp knife). Seared salmon was good though there should be a little more glaze on some pieces. Fresh wasabi & generous ginger.

My only ask is to keep the rice portion the same as regular nigiri. Otherwise, the...

This place went viral!! They sell out like alot of places do. These 1 stars do not help the business. Yall as washington residents suck. Stop posting these reviews cause yall feeling are hurt. Reviews are for trying not venting cause your poophead drove 4 hours but didnt call before hand knowing this place went viral. Go cry elsewhere and not on their review page when you guys didnt even try the food.

I don’t know what these people are talking about but the front desk service was super nice! Other than that the food was SO GOOD! I can’t believe such a big slice of fish can be so good. Don’t think you can eat it alone without having left overs lol!
