“I’ve been coming here for as long as I can remember and it’s still my favorite Chinese food I’ve ever had. Before it was Chiang’s it was called China Harbin in the eighties and before that it was a Pizza Hut, hence its architectural shape. Ordering off both the American Chinese Menu as well as the traditional Chinese Menu is a must. Highly recommend their hot and sour soup, housemade noodles, scallion pancakes, Chinese greens, and salt and pepper prawns. My son ate an entire tray of noodles to himself. Also kind of a bonus their fortune cookies are the best— both in taste and the fortune itself. My fortune was on point.“

“Not sure if anyone else mentioned this, but I consider this NY style fast Chinese takeout. From NY to Orlando now to Mill Creek, it's Chinese food changed slighly / Americanized and I love it!!
I love prawn with lobster white sauce, especially on top of some rice. It's exactly what I was looking for since my childhood.“

“Came in with the family. We had the House Chow Mein, House Fried Rice, General Tso's Chicken, Fried Duck and Broccoli Beef dishes. We also, ordered the Crab Cheese Wonton, Which was good. The food was all delicious and yes although the rice was a bit bland, you people need to understand that being in the PNW, many people can't handle a lot of the aromatics and flavors of the food. I personally don't like ordering duck, as I dont enjoy the effort needed to eat it. However, my son always orders it, despite my displeasure with it. The restaurant was clean and the food was good. No one got sick and I really enjoyed the General Tso Chicken. Grow up and stop being entitled, overly sensitive brats. It's obnoxious how you people don't even see how racist you tend to be. Sit down, enjoy the food and have a nice day.“
